Payment and invoicing
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card on Paratika's secure 3D Secure payment page. Your card details never reach Fayndme.
How does the launch discount work?
Payments made during the offer get 50% off yearly plans and 25% off monthly plans. Buy a yearly plan during the offer and the whole year is discounted. On a monthly plan, every monthly payment is discounted until the offer ends; list price applies after that.
Monthly or yearly?
You can stop a monthly plan any month. A yearly plan costs less during the offer and is covered by a single invoice for the whole year.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. After each payment we issue an invoice with your billing details and email it to you within a few business days.
When does my plan renew?
Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year, using your saved card. We email you before each renewal; you can turn auto-renewal off in your dashboard.
Can I upgrade?
Yes. When you move to a higher plan, it runs for the period you choose (1 month or 1 year) from the payment date.
